Mr. Dabrowski has more than twenty five years of experience building information technology and telecom / payment ventures on a global basis. He is currently CEO of Alternet Systems, Inc. which is now focused on introducing a number of services for the virtual money ecosystem. In 2008, Mr. Dabrowski orchestrated the reverse merger of Tekvoice into Alternet Systems. He launched Utibas America to bring the 2nd largest payment transactional platform in the world to the Americas; Alternet has retained some key licenses from Utiba for the Virtual money business’s it plans to launch. Previous ventures include; RKM IT Solutions, a Latin American IT & telephony integrations solution provider; Vox2Vox, a global IP telephony and value added services provider, TekVoice, a Miami based IP telephony and wholesale billing platform provider, Latin Asian Technology Traders, representing Chinese industrial consortiums in the Americas, Transtech Sino America, a joint venture with Tianjin Contactless Payment Systems (TCPS), Utiba Americas, the joint venture with Utiba, a leading technology developer of Mobile Financial Services technology, recently sold to Utiba Pte. Ltd

Mr. Weinstein has spent more than 25 years in the securities industry in investment banking and research. Since 2005 Mr. Weinstein has been a managing partner with Dawson James Securities which has raised in excess of $600 million for life science and technology companies. Prior to joining Dawson James Securities, he was the Director of Research at National Securities Corporation and, prior to that, Joseph Charles & Assoc. Throughout his career Mr. Weinstein has performed a variety of services young companies. He has spearheaded a multitude of IPOs, secondary offerings, PIPEs, and private placements. Mr. Weinstein has also performed a number of valuations, due diligence, and actively provides consulting services to both public and private companies. He routinely visits client companies, interfaces with senior executives on a regular basis and attends industry events. Mr. Weinstein has written and lectured on a variety of financial topics and done television and radio interviews, which have included the Dow Jones News Service, Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg Business News, and other local industry media. He received a B.A. from St. John’s College in Annapolis, MD, and a Masters of Public Policy from the University of Maryland.
